Chapter 24

 

"Mama, were home." Sean called out as he entered the room wearing a foam finger on one hand a new Lakers t-shirt across his shoulders a baseball cap on his head and a smile a mile wide on his face.
 
Britney walked in and saw her son and could only smile back. "I take it you had a good time?"
 
 
"Mama it was awesome. I’m going to go put my stuff up."
 
"Did you thank Justin for tonight and everything."
 
 
"Thank you Justin." Sean said running up to him hugging him catching him off gaurd.
 
"Your welcome buddy, anytime."
 
"Good night mama." Sean said going over to Britney hugging her.
 
"Night Justin." He said as he ran back into his room.
 
"He was already your biggest fan, I think you sealed the deal tonight." She said as she walked towards him.
 
"You know I’m not trying to buy his affection."
 
She slapped him playfully on the arm. "I know that, and I’ll tell you a secret ." She said lowering her voice "If Sean doesn’t like you he doesn’t like you. And I’ve heard about Coach since the day you started.."
 
"Well that’s good to hear." He said pulling Britney into his arms "What about his mom?"
 
"Well I wasn’t as taken with you at first,’ She said and then noticed the hurt look on his face." But I’ve come around." She said as she reached up and kissed him.
"I’ve been thinking about that all night." Justin said when he finally pulled back.
 
"Me too." She said as she took his hand and led him to the sofa.
 
"Yeah, so what did you do tonight?"He asked pulling her onto his lap.
 
"Courtney came over and we watched movies."
 
"Oh yeah, so you get your does of Brad tonight?"
 
"Yes, but I realized something."
 
"Oh what’s that?"
 
"Well, first I have a confession to make."
 
"What’s that, you had some wild party here tonight?"
 
"Ha, ha, very funny but I’m serious."
 
"I’m sorry what is it?"
 
"Do you remember right before you left for the game...." She said pausing and waiting for his reaction.
 
"When I told you that I loved you?"
 
"Yeah," She said taking his hand "It scared me."
 
"I didn’t mean for that to happen, I guess it just came out."
"No wait that’s what I wanted to tell you. I love you too." She said nervously..
 
"You scared the shit out of me." He said as he pulled her to him and kissed him. The kiss started out sweet but gradually turned passionate. His hands roamed under her shirt and cupped her breast and Britney moaned into his mouth. But he pulled back, "wait."
 
"What?"
 
"God, do you realize how much I want you right now.’ He said as he leaned into her kissing her lightly ." But if I don’t want this relation ship to be totally about sex. I want to get to know you, everything about you. What makes you laugh what makes you cry. The little things, I don’t want the whole thing to be about the bedroom, or wherever we happen to be when the mood hits."
 
Britney got off of his lap and sat on the sofa and fold her arms across her chest. "Your right. I mean after all these years I didn’t expect to feel this way again and then I did. I guess once again you’ve proven to me that you aren’t like every other guys out there." She said smiling at him.
"Hey come back here I’m getting lonely." He said trying to pull her back on his lap.
 
"No, I think you better leave actually. "
 
 
"Your right, I think I hear a cold shower calling my name." He said as he stood up pulling her behind him. "What time do you want me to pick you guys up tomorrow?" He asked as he held her to him.
 
"You really don’t play fair you know that. "She said as she enjoyed being in his arms "Now what was the question again?"
 
He laughed "What time do you want me to pick you guys up in the morning?"
 
"I was thinking about taking my car, that way if Sean got tired or wanted to leave you could stay."
 
"As excited as he has been today and tonight I don’t think you will be able to get him away."
 
"Your right, I hope he’s not too much for your parents to handle."
 
"Honey , they raised me Sean will be no problem at all."
 
"Are you sure?"
 
"Do you really want me to get into how bad I was as kid? I was always sneaking around up to something."
 
"Well if the way you are now is any indication..."
 
" I do believe the latest sneaking around we did was your idea ."
 
"I didn’t hear you complaining."
 
“And you’re right.” He said as he leaned down started kissing her again as she wrapped his arms around his neck and leaned into the kiss, before she pulled back.

“You better go,” She said pushing at him, “before it’s too hard for you to leave.”

“Babe, it’s hard now.” He said as he took her hand and placed it on his growing erection.

“Very funny, you know good and well what I mean. But yeah that too.” She said reaching up and kissing him. “You can pick us up around 9.”

“Sounds good. I’ll see you tomorrow.” He said as he kissed her again.

“Go,” She said laughing as she pushed him out of the door.
